Big thanks to the Graveyard Shift Sisters blog for doing a profile on me recently.

Graveyard Shift Sisters is an online web resource dedicated to the scholarship surrounding the experiences, representations, achievements, and creative works of Black women and women of color in the horror and science fiction genres.

It is such an honor to be recognized by them as a "Filmmaker You Should Know." Check out the article in the link below:

Utah Film Festival Award Nomination

Hey all!

Some exciting news to share!

I had the pleasure of acting in a film called Deany Bean is Dead written by and starring my wonderfully talented friend Allison Volk.

We just received the wonderful news that along with three individual acting nominations for the film, our entire cast was nominated for Best Ensemble Cast at the Utah Film Festival.

I am so humbled to have been a part of such a hardworking and talented cast and crew.

Accents!

Not sure where this lies on the scale of newsworthy to snooze worthy, BUT, I finally learned both a Jamaican and a West African accent.

That is all.

Happy pilot season everyone! :)
